Inside Sales: Entry Level (Boston)

Overview

Grow your career in sales by joining a progressive team of talented professionals passionate about replacing the use of passwords and tokens with biometrics for proving identity.  As an Inside Sales Rep, you will work closely with sales and marketing to build a pipeline of new sales opportunities.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research and pre-qualify inbound leads
  • Gain commitment from pre-qualified prospects to participate in discovery calls, web-based product demo/meeting, or another call to action
  • Articulate Veridium’s solution to a prospect and ask probing questions to determine level of qualification
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales in outbound prospecting activities to build a pipeline of new opportunities
  • Write content for outbound email marketing campaigns for a targeted list of accounts or industry
  • Call prospects to engage in conversations designed to discover sales opportunities and identify decision makers
  • Consistently meet and exceed goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Information Technology
  • Recent College Grad with 0-2 years’ work experience - ENTRY LEVEL 
  • A strong desire to advance your career in sales
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about what you do, enthusiastic, competitive, disciplined, self-motivated, hands-on, with a strong work ethic 
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely; in person and on the phone
  • Excellent written and communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills 
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success 
  • Excellent listener, ability to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies 
  • Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored 
  • Strong web and computer skills
  • MS Office, familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM tools a plus, Linked In, ZoomInfo
